Infineon MA12070
MA12070 adopts a new power amplifier architec-ture MERUS, which is completely different from the traditional class D power amplifier. In this design, each half-bridge uses four mosfets(M1-M4), and the capacitor "flying" between them as an additional power supply rail, thereby generating a three-level output signal at the output switch node.
