All our products come with an official warranty. If something isn't working right, send us a claim and our team will take it from there.
The claim form opens in a new tab. To upload photos or videos, Google asks you to sign in to a Google account.
Before you start
- Your order number and the product's serial number (find them on your invoice and warranty card)
- A photo of your invoice or warranty card
- Clear photos or a short video showing the problem
How it works
- Fill in and submit the claim form.
- Attach your photos or video of the issue.
- Our team reviews your claim and contacts you with the next steps.
Warranty terms
The warranty period and terms differ by brand and product. You will find them on the product page of the item you bought.
