KOSS promises to deliver superior quality earphones and headphones at surprisingly affordable prices. They truly want you to hear what artists intended you to hear while protecting your ears.

If the product develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact Gears For Ears. Please make sure that the issue with your product is eligible for warranty claim.

Please be advised that Gears For Ears is not authorized to handle the warranty claims for the purchases that are made outside Bangladesh.

KOSS's Warranty Period is 1 Year from the Date of Invoice for all products.
