DOUK AUDIO’s goal is to offer you a level of support that matches the attention to detail and quality of their products. In the unlikely event that a DOUK AUDIO product develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact Gears For Ears. Please make sure that the issue with your product is eligible for a warranty claim.

Please be advised that Gears For Ears is not authorized to handle warranty claims for purchases made outside of Bangladesh.

DOUK AUDIO's Warranty Period is 1 Year from the Date of Invoice for all products.

Eligibility for warranty

• Manufacturing Defects only

• Physical Damages
• Damaged external power supply due to a faulty connection
• Wear and tear from usage
• Cosmetic flaws
• Wire/cord tearing
• Damages to accessories
• Any other accidental damage
• Natural disasters or animal-related damages
