Please be advised that Gears For Ears is not authorized to handle warranty claims for purchases made outside Bangladesh.

- Physical Damages
- Damaged external power supply due to a faulty connection at the user's premises
- Wear and tear from usage
- Cosmetic flaws
- Wire/cord tearing
- Damages to accessories
- Any other accidental damage
- Natural disasters or handling related damages
