Dual Cavity Design

The JD10 employs a sophisticated dual-cavity acoustic design, utilizing separate damping control systems for each cavity. By precisely managing airflow, this design reduces distortion and significantly enhances bass extension and diaphragm movement. 0.033mm Japanese CCAW Voice Coil

To push the driver’s performance further, FiiO utilized an ultra-fine Japanese CCAW (Copper-Clad Aluminum Wire) voice coil with a diameter of just 0.033mm. This extreme thinness reduces the overall mass of the driver, making it easier to drive at higher volumes while drastically improving transient response. External N52 High-Performance Magnet

By employing an external magnet design, the JD10 accommodates a larger magnet that effectively envelops the voice coil for a more powerful sound output.
