If the product develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact Gears For Ears. Please make sure that the issue with your product is eligible for warranty claim.

Please be advised that Gears For Ears is not authorized to handle the warranty claims for the purchases that are made outside Bangladesh.

• Three months warranty for non-human damage to headphones, headset
• Three months warranty for wires

Model: Ola

• One year warranty for non-human damage to headphones, headset
• Six months warranty for wires

Model: Kara & Space Lite

• One year warranty for non-human damage to headphones, headset
• Six months warranty for wires

Model: One

• Six months warranty for non-human damage to headphones, headset
