In the unlikely event that a BQEYZ product develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact Gears For Ears. Please make sure that the issue with your product is eligible for a warranty claim.
Please be advised that Gears For Ears is not authorized to handle the warranty claims for purchases that are made outside Bangladesh.
For warranty claims, replacement products will be given on an ex-inventory basis and will be subject to the availability of the product.
Should any warranty issues arise, the decision of the manufacturer is final.
