Warranty Policy- BQEYZ

BQYEZ's goal is to offer you a level of support that matches the attention to detail and quality of their products. In the unlikely event that a BQEYZ product develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact Gears For Ears. Please make sure that the issue with your product is eligible for a warranty claim.

Please be advised that Gears For Ears is not authorized to handle the warranty claims for purchases that are made outside Bangladesh.

For warranty claims, replacement products will be given on an ex-inventory basis and will be subject to the availability of the product.

 

Should any warranty issues arise, the decision of the manufacturer is final.

BQEYZ's Warranty Period is:

BQEYZ C1 Earphone Upgrade Cable- 7 days

BQEYZ LIN HiFi Type C to 3.5mm Portable DAC/AMP- 6 months

 

Eligibility for warranty

  • Manufacturing Defects

  • One side is not working

  • Both sides are not working

  • Channel imbalance

  • Mic/Remote not working

  • Any other manufacturing defect


Non-Eligible for warranty


  • Physical Damages

  • Wear and tear from usage

  • Cosmetic flaws

  • Wire/cord tearing

  • Damages to accessories

  • Damages caused by unsupported accessories or equipment

  • The product has been modified in any way, or the product is forcefully opened by an uncertified technician

  • Any other accidental damage

  • Natural disasters or animal-related damages
