Warranty Policy- AIYIMA

AIYIMA's goal is to offer you a level of support that matches the attention to detail and quality of their products. In the unlikely event that an AIYIMA product develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact Gears For Ears. Please make sure that the issue with your product is eligible for a warranty claim.

Please be advised that Gears For Ears is not authorized to handle the warranty claims for purchases that are made outside Bangladesh.

For warranty claims, the replacement product will be given on an ex-inventory basis and will be subject to availability of the product.

Should any warranty issues arise, the decision of the manufacturer is final.

AIYIMA's Warranty Period is 1 Year from the date of the Invoice for the following products:

Eligibility for warranty

• Manufacturing Defects only

Non-Eligible for warranty

• Physical damages
• Damaged external power supply due to a faulty connection
• Wear and tear from usage
• Cosmetic flaws
• Wire/cord tearing
• Damages to accessories
• Damages caused by unsupported accessories or equipment
• The product have been modified in any way or the product is forcefully opened by an uncertified technician
• Any other accidental damage
• Natural disasters or animal related damages
