Fusion 1 (2025) is the pinnacle of Horizon’s multi-material design. Formed from a sophisticated blend of UP-OCC Gold-Plated Silver, UP-OCC Pure Silver, and multiple copper variations, it achieves a balance no single conductor can deliver a richer and more detailed sound presentation. The result is sound that is powerful, transparent, and harmoniously complete.

Its Tri-Strata Layering (TSL) geometry arranges 40 individually sized bundles across three layers, regulating current flow with precision. This structure expands the stage while maintaining coherence, projecting detail with accuracy and preserving natural timbre. Fusion 1 (2025) delivers both resolution and musicality—an experience that is layered, controlled, and deeply engaging.

The redesigned Y-split engineered from aluminum, drawing inspiration from propulsion systems and precision aerospace components. Proprietary Tri-Strata Layering™ Fusion Mix

At the heart of Fusion 1 is EFFECT AUDIO’s most intricate build to date — our proprietary Tri-Strata Layering™ (TSL) geometry. Three precisely engineered layers unite UP-OCC Gold-plated Silver, Pure Silver, and close to half a dozen premium Copper variants, including an improved ergonomic solid-core copper at the center. Within these layers, 40 multi-sized core bundles are arranged to maximise conductivity, preserve signal integrity, and ensure tonal consistency across the frequency range. This unprecedented blend of materials and geometries delivers a clear, measurable step up in resolution, bass authority, and long-listening comfort over previous solid-core designs.

Hardware Design

The Y-split of the FUSION 1 (2025) embodies a forward-looking vision of engineering. Machined from lightweight aluminium and finished in a soft metallic gold, its compact modular form takes cues from aerospace-grade connector housings and propulsion couplings.
