The core is LM317 plus TL431 as the reference, and Toshiba high-power transistor 2SA 1943 with higher accuracy and better stability, lower noise, good capacitance, high-speed tube, BI adjustable resistor, NOVER 10000UF filter, output with LC filter to further eliminate high frequency noise.
