Delivery Partners
Inside Dhaka our delivery partner is RedX Courier Service.
Outside Dhaka our delivery partner is Sundarban Courier Service (Pvt) Ltd. & S.A. Paribahan. We also use RedX Courier service for selected locations only.
Delivery Policy
Inside Dhaka Metro City our delivery charge is BDT 60, unless the package is more than 5 kgs.
Outside Dhaka Metro City and any other location within Bangladesh our deliver charge is BDT 130. Please note that we do not provide Cash On Delivery (COD) outside of Dhaka City. We take 100% advance for any orders outside of Dhaka City.
Our orders are picked up by the courier services by 2 p.m. from Wednesday – Monday, except Tuesday (which is our weekly official day off) & other public holidays / urgent holidays,
Orders placed before 2 P.M. will be delivered by 1-3 working days inside Dhaka City.
Orders placed before 4 P.M. will be dispatched through Sundarban Courier Service / S.A. Paribahan on the same day and usually takes 2-4 working days.
Outside orders through RedX for home deliveries may take 4-7 Working Days.
For pre-order and special orders delivery timing will be discussed and shared as per the order requirements.
